Shipping & Payment Policy

The payments on Janya can be made using one of the following options:

  • Paytm

  • Direct Bank Transfers

  • Card Payments

  • UPI

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • PayPal

👉 Please note:

  • COD will be chargeable at ₹80/- extra (cash handling charges).

  • PayPal payments will attract an additional 10% fee over the total order amount.

  • Kindly mention your contact number in the remarks section for bank transfers so we can trace and confirm your payment.

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Janya. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, except for customized orders, pre-orders, or cases communicated at the time of order placement. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra transit time. If there will be a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

👉 Any dispute with respect to delivery (marked as delivered but not received, missing item in packet, incorrect items, empty packet) should be brought to Janya’s attention within 72 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 9050240067. After 72 hours, the parcel will be assumed to have been received by the rightful owner, and no dispute will be entertained. Janya’s decision in such cases will be final.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We offer Free Shipping Pan India.

  • In most cases, delivery across 95% pincodes occurs within 6–7 business days.

  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If delivery is not possible within 45 days, we will issue a full refund.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Available for most pincodes at an additional charge of ₹80/- per shipment.

  • COD is not available for customized orders.

Logistics Partner

We are partnered with leading logistics providers including Delhivery, DTDC, FedEx, Bluedart, and Aramex. The carrier is selected based on service availability, cost-effectiveness, and coverage for the destination pincode.

For remote or restricted areas, we ship via India Post.

For international shipments, shipping is chargeable (generally between ₹900 – ₹3000, depending on the country). Exact rates will be shared during order placement. Please contact us on +91 9050240067 prior to placing an international order.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with tracking details once your order has been shipped. Tracking will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • All domestic orders are tax-paid, and no additional charges are applicable.

  • For international orders, Janya will not be responsible for customs duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, or taxes applied by the destination country. These charges are to be borne by the customer.
