Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
We are committed to making your shopping experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.

We offer seamless exchanges and returns in case you don’t like the product. A return request must be made by call/WhatsApp on +91 6262000097 within 7 DAYS of DELIVERY of the order. The customer will be issued a replacement / refund / store credit as per preference once the returned goods are received and verified at the Janya warehouse.

Important: If you return any parcel, you must make a video of the product and the packing process for safety purposes before dispatching it.

For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed in the original mode of payment.
For COD orders, the refund will be made ONLY to the bank account of the individual whose name is mentioned in the billing details.
Kindly note that only the product amount is eligible for refund. Other fees like gift wrap charges, shipping charges, COD charges, customs duty, etc. are non-refundable.

The units are photographed under lights, and the actual product may differ slightly when seen under normal lighting, though we maintain the originality in the photographs to the utmost extent.

We generally deliver all our products within 6–8 business days of placing the order. The dispatch time may be longer in cases where customization is requested by the customer or the product is made-to-order. Such cases will be communicated to the customer in advance.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 6 hours of placing the order by contacting us at info@janya.in or WhatsApp at +91 6262000097.

Taxes and duties are included in the product price for deliveries within India.
For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes (if applicable) must be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of delivery. The charges depend on the policies of your destination country.
